This chevron conveyor belt is engineered with integrally vulcanized chevron cleats fused with the belt cover rubber. Its precisely optimized cleat geometry delivers reliable anti-slip performance for steep inclined conveying and outstanding water drainage capability to suit wet bulk materials.

Available Options    

We supply chevron belts with cleat heights ranging from 6 mm to 32 mm. Multiple cleat profiles are available to match varied working conditions and material properties.

Belt Selection Points    

The proper cleat profile and height shall be determined by the properties of conveyed bulk solids and the conveyor inclination angle, to avoid material backsliding and guarantee stable conveying performance.

Application Areas  

It is developed to transport loose bulk materials or bagged goods on inclined conveyors, applicable for conveying slopes up to 40°.
